Job Summary

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all activities within the bar area, ensuring smooth and efficient service

- Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels of beverages
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health regulations, and company policies
- Provide training and mentorship to team members on hospitality best practices, serving techniques, and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
- Excellent leadership abilities with a passion for hospitality and customer service excellence
- Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beverage preparation
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead staff and engage with guests
