Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a lively bar environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. All positions are paid, including internships, and prior experience in a similar environment is advantageous but not essential. A friendly attitude, good organisation, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Serve drinks to customers accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy using the till system
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as required during busy periods
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers promptly during peak hours
- Uphold excellent customer service by engaging politely with guests and addressing any concerns promptly
