Pay:
- £16.64 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out basic quality checks and inspections using tools such as vernier callipers, micrometres, and height gauges
- Interpret technical drawings to ensure parts meet specifications
- Maintain quality records, logs, and inspection reports with accurate filing and document control
- Input quality metrics (Right First Time, scrap, rework) into tracking systems for management review
- Support internal and supplier audits by managing scheduling and paperwork
- Collaborate with TMF Engineering to measure parts and promptly report non-conformance
- Provide day-to-day quality administration including correspondence and QMS filing
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in quality administration or manufacturing environments
- Strong attention to detail and process adherence
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Comfortable working in production/manufacturing settings
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Desirable: knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality data reporting tools
