Your role
As Branch Partner, you’ll be responsible for leading the office and growing the business through exceptional customer service and proactive business development.
Your Responsibilities
- Generate valuations and win new instructions
- Negotiate offers and progress sales
- Build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers
- Develop your own referral network
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the branch
- Recruit and lead your own team as the business grows
- Drive the branch forward with an entrepreneurial mindset
Who we’re looking for:
You’ll already have estate agency experience and be ready for something more than the traditional employed role.
