Isco Estates is looking for an experienced, reliable and hardworking cleaner to join our growing property management company.
The current workload includes:
- Fortnightly communal cleaning at two HMO properties
- Fortnightly cleaning at one apartment building
- Approximately one end-of-tenancy clean per week
Requirements:
- Previous professional cleaning experience is essential
- Reliable, thorough and able to work independently
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Willing to travel between properties
- Able to provide before-and-after photographs and report any maintenance issues
Pay and expenses:
- National Minimum Wage per hour
- Fuel expenses paid
- Cleaning products and equipment will normally be provided or paid for by Isco Estates
This is initially a flexible, part-time position, with the potential to become a full-time role as the company grows.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
