ESPC Lettings is looking for a Property Manager to join our team and help maintain our reputation as one of Edinburgh’s most trusted residential lettings agencies.
About the Role
As Property Manager, you'll carry out routine inspections of managed properties and provide detailed reports to landlords and tenants. You will identify and recommend maintenance and repair works to landlords, obtain quotes and instruct work as required.
What You'll Be Doing
● Carrying out routine property inspections and providing clear, detailed reports to landlords and tenants
● Identifying maintenance and refurbishment needs, obtaining quotes and instructing works
● Handling repairs, contractor management and insurance claims
● Carrying out Risk Assessments
● Delivering an outstanding experience for every landlord and tenant you work with
● Contributing to the marketing and promotion of ESPC Lettings
● Supporting growth of the lettings portfolio by providing help and advice to new landlords and buy-to-let investors
What We're Looking For
● Excellent customer service skills and a professional, confident manner
● Strong negotiation and communication skills
● Good time management and the ability to juggle a busy diary
● A team player who's happy to support colleagues when needed
● Propertymark Level 3 (SCQF Level 6) and/or LETWELL qualification preferred, though not essential — training and support will be provided
