Part-Time Marketing & Office Administrator
Location: South Woodford, London
Hours: 25–30 hours per week (primarily office-based)
Fingdom Financial Consultants, a progressive firm of Chartered Accountants based in South Woodford, London, is seeking an enthusiastic and versatile professional to join our growing team on a part-time basis.
This is a varied role that combines marketing, client relationship management, and office administration responsibilities in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the firm's social media presence and advertising campaigns.
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing initiatives and provide input on marketing strategies, including SEO, website management and development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective clients.
- Perform general office administration and secretarial duties.
- Support business development, sales, and promotional activities.
- Assist with other administrative and operational tasks as required.
As a small and growing business, the role may evolve over time, but responsibilities will remain within the areas outlined above.
Requirements
- Excellent IT skills and proficiency with website development and social media marketing.
- Experience in marketing, sales, administration, or client relationship management.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
Salary
Salary will be dependent on experience, skills, and flexibility regarding working hours.
