Key responsibilities:
- Work as Mobile Caretaker according to rostered requirements.
- Work under the general direction of the Area Housing Manager in ensuring that the Council’s estates’ environment is maintained to a high standard.
- Provide advice to the Area Housing Manager in relation to monitoring the quality of the appointed contractor in respect of the Council’s garden service.
- To support the designated Responsible Officer for the day-to-day safety and management of designated operational properties and / or land.
