Old Town Bistro is an exciting new addition to Beaconsfield, serving great British classics, seasonal food and warm, genuine hospitality.
Following our recent opening, we're growing our Front of House team and looking for a bright, bubbly and committed Waiter / Waitress to join us.
For this role, personality and attitude matter just as much as experience.
We're looking for someone who naturally enjoys being around people. Someone who smiles, engages with guests, works hard, supports their colleagues and takes genuine pride in making people feel welcome.
You don't need to arrive knowing everything.
If you have the right personality, commitment and desire to learn, we can teach you the rest.

The Role
As a Waiter / Waitress at Old Town Bistro, you'll be at the heart of our guests' experience.
You'll look after guests throughout their visit, learn our food and drinks inside out and work alongside a passionate team to deliver the relaxed but professional style of hospitality we're building Old Town Bistro around.
Your role will include:
- Welcoming guests with warmth, confidence and personality
- Looking after your section and providing attentive service
- Building genuine relationships with our guests
- Learning our menus, ingredients and British produce
- Developing your food, wine and beverage knowledge
- Taking orders and confidently making recommendations
- Serving food and drinks to a consistently high standard
- Working closely with the kitchen and your Front of House colleagues
- Maintaining excellent standards of restaurant presentation
- Bringing energy and positivity to every service
- Helping create the kind of atmosphere that makes guests want to return
Who We're Looking For

Restaurant experience is valuable, but we're equally interested in your attitude, personality and willingness to learn.

Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, Server, Chef de Rang or Front of House team member is welcomed, but extensive fine dining experience is not essential.
Great personality, commitment and a willingness to learn are more important to us.
We'll provide the training and support to develop your service skills, food knowledge and confidence.
