Overview
Masons Arms, Meysey Hampton are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team to work full time (7am to 2pm) The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness across various facilities, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and staff alike. Experience in cleaning, floor care, and hospitality settings is highly valued. This role offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment where attention to detail and reliability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, common areas, and facilities to established standards.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and care for carpets and floors.
- Replenish toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies.
- Sanitize surfaces and ensure areas are free from dust and debris.
- Carry out deep-cleaning and special cleaning projects when required.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Report maintenance issues or damage.
- Support a positive guest experience through cleanliness and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- Housekeeping, cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience.
- Experience in hotels or hospitality settings.
- Knowledge of floor care, polishing, and carpet cleaning.
- Industrial cleaning experience is beneficial.
- Housekeeping supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential.
