Calling all coffee-loving, food-obsessed, go-getters! This is not your average AGM role – this is your chance to help build something big, bold, and seriously exciting!
We’re Square + Fair, a brand-new, funky sandwich and coffee shop in the heart of Cardiff. We do GIANT filled focaccias (think next-level sandwiches) and epic fair-trade coffee, all served with style and personality.
Now, we need a driven, hands-on Assistant Manager to help run the show and take this brand to the next level. With big plans for multiple locations, this is a rare opportunity to grow with us from the ground up.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Heli=ping run the daily hustle of our flagship store – making sure every customer experience is
Leading a killer team of baristas and sandwich artists (yes, artists – because we make sandwiches that are a work of art)
Bringing ideas, energy, and passion to grow the business, we’re looking for an entrepreneur at heart
Driving sales, smashing targets, and making sure every single focaccia and flat white is absolute perfection
Creating a buzz, from social media to local events, we want someone who lives and breathes great food & coffee culture
