We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is looking for a long-term opportunity.
What you'll be required to do...
Guiding students aged 3-16 years old in class to develop a full understanding using the Kumon Method (training will be provided)
Marking and recording work
Helping maintain a clean and safe working environment
Ensuring safe entry and exit of students
Uphold policies, including, but not limited to safeguarding and risk assessments
Undertake other administrative tasks as required
This list is by no means exhaustive but it shows the range of tasks required in-centre.
About you
No experience in education is required, however this would be advantageous. We do ask that you relate well to children from age 3 to 16 and have examples to show this.
Candidates must have GCSE grade C or equivalent in English and maths. An A level or equivalent in either would be desirable.
Candidates must be IT literate.
You must be able to make your own way to centre. You will predominately be based in Eastgate, Springhead park in Northfleet but may be required to work in our second centre in Chalk Parish Hall.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake a DBS check.
What's on offer
Hours of work:
Tuesday 3:30pm - 6pm
Friday 4pm to 6pm
Saturday 9am to 12pm
(subject to change)
Candidates must be available for all of these hours.
Pay: Up to £13.00 per hour
