The Role
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised HR & Operations Manager to join our team on a remote, part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that in hospitality, people are at the heart of everything. From recruitment and onboarding to staff records, policies, training, and operational support, this person will play an important role in building a professional, compliant, and positive working environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR
- Supporting employee relations and day-to-day HR administration.
- Developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation and company policies.
- Managing staff records, holiday tracking, and absence reporting.
- Assisting with operational administration and process improvements across the business.
- Working closely with the leadership team to support business growth and people strategy.
- Ensuring HR systems and documentation remain organised, accurate, and up to date.
What We're Looking For
- Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience within customer/client -focused businesses is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Unrestricted Right to Work in United Kingdom
