Job Summary
Required a skilled Hotel Maintenance Person to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and repairing equipment to provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry & decoration aspects.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints related to facility issues with professionalism and courtesy
Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16.0 per week
