Experienced Roofer – Full-Time, Permanent Position

Overview
We’re looking for experienced, time-served roofers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in domestic roofing and the confidence to work independently, tackling challenges on-site with professionalism and skill.
This is a full-time, permanent role (following a successful probation period). Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence.
£15.50 per hour, plus bonuses
Main Duties
- Flat roofing (EPDM rubber and liquid systems preferred)
- Slating and roof tiling for new roofs and repairs
- UPVC roofline installations – fascia boards, soffits, guttering, and downpipes
- Dry ridge, hip, and verge systems
- Lead bossing and detailed lead work preferable
Skills & Experience
- Proficient with roofing hand tools (hammers, chisels, knives, etc.)
- Experienced using power tools (drills, saws, nail guns, etc.)
- Committed to safe working practices and high-quality workmanship
