PART-TIME RURAL ADMINISTRATOR – HEREFORD

Sunderlands is looking for a Part-Time Rural Administrator to join our friendly and professional Rural Team in Hereford. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established firm working at the heart of the region’s rural property, agricultural and land management sector.
The role is varied and hands-on, supporting rural surveyors and land agents with property sales, management work, marketing, client enquiries and general administration. It offers the chance to develop your skills, gain valuable sector experience and contribute to the smooth running of a busy rural department.
The position offers flexible part-time working hours, to be agreed with the successful applicant, making it well suited to someone looking to balance work with other commitments while remaining part of a supportive and professional team.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare, format and manage professional documents, reports and client correspondence.
· Provide audio typing and day-to-day administrative support to the Rural Team.
· Assist with marketing activity, including sales particulars, advertisements and online property listings.
· Help update website content and social media platforms to promote the department’s services and properties.
· Support client enquiries, coordinate diaries and manage follow-up administration.
· Assist with a broad range of rural property and land management administration.
· Maintain accurate records and help ensure client work is delivered efficiently.
· Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the department and wider office.
