Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional guest services by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle delivery duties efficiently, including loading, unloading, and timely transportation of supplies or orders.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in all areas of operation.
- Support restaurant or hotel operations by serving guests, managing phone etiquette, and handling reservations or inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and uphold service excellence at all times.
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality, food preparation, or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Experience as a delivery driver or in roles involving transportation logistics is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in fast-paced settings such as hotels or restaurants.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and serving practices.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to assist guests effectively.
