We’re looking for a Front of House Team Member to join our crew—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings "good vibes" to every shift.
The Role
As the face of Dr Foster, you won’t just be taking orders; you’ll be crafting the atmosphere. Your day-to-day will include:
- Setting the Tone: Greeting and seating guests with a genuine, warm welcome.
- The Experience: Taking food and drink orders with confidence and personality.
- The Hustle: Efficiently running orders and keeping the floor slick and tidy.
- Problem Solving: Handling customer queries with a smile and staying "pro" under pressure.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with the kitchen and bar to keep service smooth and fun.
What You Bring
- Previous hospitality or service experience is a plus, but personality counts most.
- A positive attitude and the ability to multitask when the rush hits.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and our busiest (and best!) periods.
- Great communication skills and a "team-first" mentality.
