Overview
We are seeking a skilled CPCS Dozer with GPS Experience to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves operating heavy machinery with precision, utilising GPS technology to ensure accurate earthmoving and site development. The successful candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience with excavators and commercial driving, contributing to the efficient and safe progression of our projects. Duties
- Operate dozers equipped with GPS systems to execute earthmoving tasks with high precision
- Assist in site preparation, grading, and levelling activities according to project specifications
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate machine movements and optimise workflow
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations at all times during operations
- Support the mobilisation and demobilisation of equipment across various sites as required
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or anomalies promptly
Requirements
- Valid CPCS certification for Dozer operation with GPS experience
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Experience operating excavators is highly desirable
- Valid commercial driving licence (or equivalent) for transporting equipment between sites
- Proven experience working on construction or earthworks projects in a similar capacity
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
