Oakland Lodge Children's Nursery is looking for enthusiastic and caring Bank Nursery Practitioners to join our supportive team on a casual basis, helping to cover staff holidays, training days and absences.

About the Role
As a Bank Nursery Practitioner, you will work with children aged 3 months to 4 years, supporting their learning, development and wellbeing in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
Hours are flexible and will vary depending on the needs of the nursery. Shifts may range from week to week. Wherever possible, we aim to provide at least two weeks' notice of available shifts, although there may occasionally be opportunities to work at short notice due to unexpected staff absences. You are free to accept shifts based on your own availability.

A Level 2 Early Years qualification (or above) is desirable, although we would also welcome applications from experienced practitioners with relevant childcare experience.
Training & Safeguarding
The safety and wellbeing of our children is our highest priority.
Successful applicants will be required to:
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) up-to-date Safeguarding Training
- Complete an Enhanced DBS Check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service
