Nikkiz Beauty has been a trusted name in the beauty industry for over 20 years, conveniently located in Pride Park, just 2 minutes from Derby City Centre. We have built a loyal client base and a reputation for delivering exceptional treatments and customer care.
We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Self-Employed Beauty Therapist to join our friendly and professional team on a 70/30 or 60/40 commission split (dependent on experience, client base and treatments offered).
This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who wants the flexibility of being self-employed while working within a well-established, busy salon.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality beauty treatments with confidence and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
- Advise clients on suitable treatments, aftercare and retail products.
- Manage your appointments efficiently and maintain accurate client records.
- Maintain excellent hygiene and presentation standards.
- Work as part of a supportive team while growing your own clientele.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has:
- Minimum 2 years’ salon experience.
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
- A professional, friendly and reliable approach.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for the beauty industry and continued learning.
- Confidence working independently within a salon environment.
Treatments You Should Be Confident In
- BIAB, gel polish and nail extensions.
- Luxury pedicures (experience using an electric file/drill is essential).
- Lash lifts.
- Russian volume eyelash extensions
- Brow lamination
- Threading
- Facials.
- Massage.
- Experience with Environ, Crystal Clear or microneedling is advantageous but not essential.
