Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring individual to assume the role of Head of Rehire. This leadership position requires a passionate professional with a strong background in the hire industry preferably a "Broker" and someone who can present proof of growth achieved within management roles in a similar industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and overseeing the development of our current line managers, fostering a positive environment that encourages growth, creativity, and excellence. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all activities related to our rehire team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and values.
- Develop and implement training programmes for existing staff and new starters
- Provide mentorship and support to facilitate your teams professional development.
- Driving sales for all of our own assets and our rehire business, With the aim of turning our business in to a £20m per year turnover business (currently £12m)
- Reduction of credits across our business with a monthly target of less than 1% of turnover
- Growing our brand online via social media platforms supporting our social media manager and gaining engagement from our team
- Support our admin manager in reducing customer service issues by constantly measuring performance and accuracy of deliveries/collections & breakdowns
- Focus on creating and maintaining relationships with key suppliers & customers alike
- Support our supply chain team in the measurement of our suppliers by logging all "none conformance" and issues via existing or new processes that you will be in charge of
Requirements
- Proven experience in hire, with a strong understanding of the industry
- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching or leading by example within the hire industry
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an aptitude for motivating others.
- Organisational skills capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for nurturing talent and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting while also demonstrating leadership qualities
Pay: From £55,000.00 per month
