Duties
- Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up safety barriers
- Support skilled tradespeople by transporting materials, tools, and equipment around the site
- Help with excavation tasks, digging trenches, or moving earth as directed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all health and safety protocols diligently to protect yourself and your team
- Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas
- Support general site maintenance including waste disposal and minor repairs when needed
- Experience in laying resin, blockpaving and Tarmac
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Experience to handle all machinery eg, digger, rollers
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
- Reliable transportation to get to the worksite daily
