The Role
This is a key support role focused on helping the business meet and maintain our ISO 9001 accreditation, improving and administrating business processes, and ensuring health & safety requirements are being met.
You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure robust systems, documentation, and processes are in place and effectively managed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time work with exposure to engineering consultancy operations and strategic decision-making.

- Maintain compliance registers and renewal schedules
Business & Administrative Support

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Hands-on experience administering a compliance or business management system, ideally a QMS under ISO 9001, or comparable documentation control experience.
- A working understanding of workplace health & safety obligations and how they're evidenced (policies, risk assessments, training and competency records).
- Genuinely strong organisation skills and the discipline to keep documentation accurate and current, and to juggle competing deadlines with minimal oversight.
- Clear, confident written communication. You'll be drafting and maintaining procedures and records, and corresponding with clients and the team.
- Sound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Comfort working independently in a small, hybrid team, reporting to busy Directors.
Nice to have (but not essential):
- Exposure to construction, engineering or professional-services consultancy.
- ISO 9001 internal auditor training, or a willingness to complete it.
- An appetite for the business-development side: supporting LinkedIn content, events and a library of bid materials.
Why Join Us?
- Flexible, part-time hours to suit your schedule
- Hybrid working with London base
- Work closely with Directors and influence business processes
- Opportunity to grow with a dynamic consultancy
- Exposure to innovative engineering and infrastructure projects
