As a Business Support Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the Quit Your Way Tobacco Control Team.
This varied and rewarding role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and delivering excellent customer service. You will support quality control aspects such as patient correspondence and updating the National Smoking Cessation database. This will help the service capture valuable performance data which the service uses for their Local Delivery Plan (LDP) target.
You will work closely with a range of colleagues and stakeholders, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of the service. The role also offers the opportunity to develop valuable experience within a Public Health setting, supporting initiatives that have a direct impact on improving population health outcomes.
