Bosworth Leisure is growing, and we're looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive our next chapter. This isn't a role where you'll inherit a big team or spend your days in endless meetings. What you'll do
You'll lead marketing across the business, turning ideas into campaigns that drive bookings, footfall and brand awareness.
You'll:
- Own and deliver our marketing strategy.
- Manage & design our digital, print, social media and advertising campaigns.
- Create and promote an exciting calendar of events, offers and seasonal activities.
- Launch and grow a customer loyalty programme.
- Create a marketing distribution list and support with email campaigns
- Keep websites fresh, engaging and conversion focused.
- Maximise ROI from campaigns
- Work closely with venue teams and external partners to deliver results.
- Manage and support and inspire our new Social Media & Events executive
About you
You'll have:
- Marketing experience, particularly in hospitality, such as accommodation, food & beverage, leisure or tourism.
- Fantastic written & spoken Welsh (desirable but not essential)
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creativity backed by commercial thinking.
- A hands on attitude and a bias for action.
Most importantly, you'll spot opportunities, solve problems and make things happen.

We'll drop you a short brief of our business, our vision and some things we are looking for in our marketing. You'll then create a short presentation delivering your vision in less than 10mins.
