Calmababy offers parent and child swimming lessons run at our purpose built and entirely unique Centre in Peterborough. We are looking to recruit a weekend Receptionist to join our front desk team. The main purpose of the Receptionist’s role is to provide a welcoming first point of contact for customers and provide all reception duties for the centre. The following competencies are required for this position:
- A baby and child-centred approach

- Customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good organisational skills and can create and manage own workload
- Calm and self-controlled under pressure
- Resilient and reacts well to change
- Quality orientation with high professional standards
We are a unique company looking for bright, enthusiastic and engaging people. Whilst we welcome applicants with a broad range of previous experiences you must have:
- Experience as a Receptionist or good knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Experience of face-to-face contact with customers in a busy environment
- Practical experience of making, receiving and redirecting phone calls
- Excellent computer and keyboard skills
- Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word
- GSCE qualifications or equivalent (to include English)
Part time vacancy for hours per week consisting of :
- Saturdays 10am-3pm and Sundays 10am -1pm
Salary dependant on experience.
