Role Specifics
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work alongside a maintenance team on a 5-star holiday home & lodge Park. You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the park is well maintained at all times, to create a welcoming environment for holiday makers
- Providing excellent service at all times, responding to all queries in a professional and courteous manor
- Assisting with hot tubs as required
- General holiday home maintenance including plumbing, DIY, TV faults etc.
- General grounds maintenance including litter picking, cleaning the bin areas etc.
- Mowing and strimming the grounds to ensure they are kept to the highest standards
- The upkeep of plants, flowers and trees on the park
- Communicating with the Maintenance Manager and Customer Care Manager regarding work completed and any issues or faults you identify
- Performing duties delegated to you by management team
- Comply and implement the companies Health & Safety policies
- Requirements
- Excellent observation skills and attention to details, quality is key
- Comfortable working alone and as part of a team
- Has the ability to communicate well with holiday makers and fellow team and be courteous at all times
- An honest and trustworthy individual who has high personal standards and takes pride in their appearance
- A full UK driving licence is essential
- 2 references required prior to any offer of employment
Other Information
The role will involve working 5 days out of 7, with regular weekend work necessary. Uniform will be provided and must be worn at all times. Excellent holiday package and other benefits included.
