We’re looking for an experienced, fast-paced barista to work with our team at Reading Festival.
Please note: This is a working role, NOT a festival ticket. You will be working throughout the event and should only apply if you are genuinely available to work the required shifts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy, high-volume coffee environment
- Fast, confident and able to work well under pressure
- Comfortable working long shifts
- Flexible with shift times – our coffee stall operates 24 hours, so shifts will vary
- Fluent in English
- Full Right to Work in the UK
- Must complete the required PCN check
⛺ This is a camping event and we can provide a tent if required.

Pay: £13.50-£16.50 per hour
