We’re looking for a Full-Time Bar Supervisor to join the team at Lochside House Hotel. Reporting directly to the hotel management team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service to all guests. You will ensure a first-class experience in the Opal Restaurant Bar and at events.

- Supervising the drinks service within the Opal Restaurant Bar and at functions and events.
- Serving food and beverages to all guests while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Preparing cocktails, coffee, and other beverages to a high standard.
- Leading the bar team by example, ensuring smooth operations during shifts.
- Maintaining professional presentation and engaging positively with guests.
- Must be 18 or over due to licensing requirements.
- Previous bar experience in a similar quality environment is essential.
- Mixology experience is beneficial.
- Knowledge of wine and food pairings is desirable.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
- Positive, “can do” attitude and strong communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and able to lead a team while maintaining high service standards.
