About the Role
We are launching a brand-new premium Reformer Pilates studio in North East Leeds and are looking for an ambitious Studio Manager to lead the business from day one.
This is more than a management role. We're looking for someone who is passionate about Pilates, understands the local market, and wants the opportunity to help build one of Leeds' leading boutique studios.
You will play a key role in shaping the studio, recruiting instructors, growing memberships, creating an exceptional customer experience and driving the business forward.

Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the studio.
- Recruit, manage and support a team of Pilates instructors.
- Create and optimise the class timetable.
- Build relationships with members and create an outstanding studio experience.
- Drive membership growth and class occupancy.
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives and community events.
- Manage bookings, customer enquiries and studio administration.
- Monitor KPIs, revenue and occupancy, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer service.
- Ensure the studio operates efficiently and professionally at all times.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience managing or working within a Pilates, fitness or boutique wellness studio.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience with instructor scheduling and studio operations.
- Confidence in marketing, community engagement and business development.
- A genuine passion for health, fitness and wellness.
Desirable
- Reformer Pilates qualification.
- Existing network within the Leeds fitness or Pilates community.
- Experience launching or growing a fitness business.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
