This is an opportunity to become one of our Founding Business Development Advisors, supporting a major campaign to help thousands of UK businesses review their business communications and technology.
As Let's Talk Group grows, there will be opportunities to develop alongside the business and introduce a wider range of solutions.
About the Role
This isn't a high-pressure sales role.
You'll spend much of your day speaking with local business owners, learning about their business and identifying where Let's Talk Group may be able to help.
Your job is to start conversations—not pressure people into making decisions.
You'll introduce Let's Talk Group, ask a few straightforward questions, understand their current situation and arrange follow-up conversations where appropriate.
No previous telecoms or technical knowledge is required.
We'll provide the training, support and tools you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Contact local businesses using company-provided data.
- Introduce Let's Talk Group and explain why you're calling.
- Build rapport with business owners.
- Ask straightforward questions to understand their current communications and technology.
- Identify opportunities where we may be able to help.
- Arrange follow-up appointments for suitable businesses.
- Keep accurate notes using our CRM system.
- Represent Let's Talk Group professionally at all times.

Who We're Looking For
We believe attitude is more important than experience.
You don't need to have worked in telecoms or technology before.
This role would suit someone who:
- Enjoys speaking with people.
- Is naturally curious.
- Builds trust easily.
- Listens more than they talk.
- Wants to learn and improve.
- Is organised and self-motivated.
- Takes pride in helping customers solve problems.
Experience in customer service, hospitality, recruitment, retail, account management, fundraising or business development would be an advantage, but it isn't essential.
Earnings
This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
Expected earnings are typically between £1,000 and £5,000 per month, depending on performance and the time you choose to commit.
We'll explain the commission structure in full during the interview process, ensuring you understand exactly how you are rewarded.
