ABM Experience Solutions are the largest providers of promotional staff across UK Airports. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality, flexible staffing solutions to some of the world’s biggest and most luxurious brands inside Duty Free retail stores. AX deliver travel retail staffing, experiential events, creative services, and end-to-end brand experiences. This role is key in delivering these with existing and new clients across travel retail, hospitality and eventing.
As a Talent Team Executive the role is to support the Operations Manager and Head of Staffing to deliver people services. This includes but is not limited to:
· The administrative functions of recruitment working with our internal applicant tracking system, ensuring targets are met and driving new starter numbers
· Facilitating of recruitment days and assessments centres / face to face interviews to ensure the volume of new and existing recruits meets client demand
·Working closley with Account Managers and Operations Managers to understand client requirements.
· Ensuring all staff are onboarded, supported by the operations team
· Organizing training days
· Booking rosters and managing client relationships
· Ensuring shift fulfilment is optimized by managing business expectation within the team
· Driving new business wins, through delivering excellent service to clients, keeping them informed and building trust through transparent dialog
· Managing our e-learning platforms to ensure training and compliance is delivered
You will be a key contact throughout the talent team for troubleshooting and offering support for issues that may arise, ensuring that staffing is running effectively and consistently where required.
The role requires strong communication skills to both colleagues, staff and clients. Managing expectations of all is critical to a smooth-running operation, as well as being well organised and strategic in supporting the planning and execution of campaigns, on all levels.
Skills and experience
· You will require a ‘can do attitude’ and positive approach to problem solving
· Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through, organisational and documentation skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office
· Organized, adaptable and ability to work to deadlines
·Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, workforce planning, scheduling.
·Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Working pattern Monday - Friday with some weekend working required.
