Oakley Coachbuilders are a renowned family-owned company who manufacture Luxury Horseboxes which are used by leading names within the equestrian world. They are also in service within Police and Mounted Forces, Horse Transportation companies and charity organisations across the country. As coachbuilders we have also produced luxury bespoke vehicles for the Motor Racing, Orchestra, Broadcasting and Recreational fraternity, and our horseboxes are the pride and joy of many a private individual nationwide and aboard.
We currently have a vacancy for a Stores Assistant who we would like to join our team here at our Hertfordshire based factory.
Your Duties would include;
- Receiving all deliveries and checking goods in
- Picking goods
- Organising and delivering goods from the store to the department that requires it
- Sending out mail orders
- Stocking shelves and merchandise products
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Maintaining a good standard of cleanliness within the department and adhering to company H&S Policies
Ideally, you'll have the following qualifications:
- Basic IT skills
- Previous stores experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work methodically and quickly
- Excellent time management skills and exceptional work ethic
- Basic math skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends
- Forklift experience an advantage
