Responsibilities and duties
Site Management
- Assist in production and management of the Job scheduler and produce 2 weeks look ahead to include booking of jobs for Engineer Supervisors.
- Ensure production and implementation of risk assessments, method statements, Job completion certifications in line with Company procedures
- Ensure all inductions / site requirements are in place and agreed before work commences (to include hotel bookings for any works completed away from home)
- Assume overall responsibility for the successful delivery of jobs
- Encourage and coach team members to develop their skills by understanding the team’s strengths and weaknesses
- Produce and manage the engineer / surveyor training matrix, liaising with training providers to arrange required courses when necessary
- Assume overall responsibility with the upkeep and service records of company vans
General administration
- Carry out various daily administrative tasks as requested and deal with various forms of communication, including letters, spreadsheets, emails and filing.
- Complete any further general administrative tasks as required.
Communications
- Direct calls and respond to queries, taking messages where applicable.
Required skill set
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a busy office environment and have the ability to manage your workload
- Microsoft Office experience essential
- Outstanding literacy skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage high volume workloads with ability to organise logically and methodically
- Highly motivated with a track record of exceeding expectations

Pay: £23,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
