BAM is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. Reporting to both the HR Director, BAM UK & Ireland, and the Head of People for the EKFB Project, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering people strategies that support the objectives, vision, and long-term success of both the parent company and the EKFB project.
As a trusted advisor to Directors, senior leaders, and management teams, you will provide strategic HR guidance and partner with stakeholders across the business to drive organisational performance and people excellence. Working closely with the EKFB HR team, the wider BAM People function, and Centres of Excellence, you will lead and support the delivery of key people initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent development, workforce planning, and organisational effectiveness.
