Animal Search UK (ASUK) are the leading lost pet website in the UK, with over 350,000 registered users. Our aim is to reunite lost pets with their owners, whether they be cats, dogs, tortoises, llamas or anything else.
The Head office is based in Chester, UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you are out-going and passionate about animals.
Your duties and responsibilities:
- Inbound service and support calls
- Outbound calls to Pet Owners' registered on the ASUK website
- Replying to emails
- Check and Respond to Social Media messages
- Design Posters and leaflets with an accurate attention to details
- Prepare campaigns including large print quantities, industrial guillotine use and packing for shipment, same day
- Prepare materials for the Missing Pet Search Team
About you:
- An excellent standard of written and spoken English
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Animal lover that understands and empathises with customers during a difficult time of their pet being missing.
- Confident, tenacious, energetic and bubbly!
