Could you be the next IT Hardware & AV Technician we’re looking for? Are you?
Experienced in providing support for laptops, mobile devices, Apple hardware, and workplace AV technologies in a fast‑paced environment.
Calm, methodical, and committed to organized procedures, with the ability to remain effective under pressure.
Qualified with ITIL Foundation (v3/v4) and CompTIA A+, or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and experience.
Familiar with maintaining asset management tools, including keeping records accurate, up to date, and compliant with internal processes.
You’ll be a visible and trusted presence in the office. You’ll offer hands-on support that helps colleagues stay productive and confident with their technology. You will provide proactive service ownership and respond quickly to problems, ensuring workplace technology remains reliable, user-friendly, and ready for important moments.
Deliver high‑quality support across walk‑up, phone, remote, and in‑person channels, resolving hardware, AV, and connectivity issues with a calm, customer‑focused approach.
Provide assistance, upkeep, and resolve issues for end‑user hardware and peripherals, including laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related equipment.
Set up, test, and optimise meeting rooms and hybrid collaboration spaces, ensuring AV systems, room controls, and event setups run efficiently.
Take a preventative approach through routine checks, monitoring, desk setup support, office moves, and basic network patching activities.
Deliver joiner, mover, and leaver services, managing the full lifecycle of end‑user devices from build and deployment through refresh, repair, and secure disposal.
