At Sheffield Forgemasters we have an exciting opportunity for an ERP Business Analyst to join our team, initially on a 2 year fixed term contract.
This role is based at our 64-acre site, sitting in the heart of Sheffield, and will be working as part of our IT Team.
As an ERP Business Analyst, you will support the implementation of Infor LN ERP by analysing and improving business processes, identifying opportunities for change, and helping transition the organisation from legacy ways of working to standardised, system-led best practice processes.
What you’ll be doing

Analyse and document current and future business processes aligned with Infor LN ERP and industry best practice.

Identify process gaps and support the transition from legacy manual ways of working to standardised, system-led processes.

Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate business solutions.

Work closely with technical and functional teams to support process improvements and ERP configuration.

Assist with system testing, ensuring business requirements are reflected in test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

Support change management activities, including business readiness, user engagement and the successful adoption of new ways of working.
About You
-
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ERP implementation programmes, ideally manufacturing or heavy industry with Infor LN Cloudsuite.

Strong experience documenting as-is and to-be business processes.

Demonstrated experience performing gap analysis, particularly moving from manual or legacy processes to ERP-led processes.

Ability to work effectively in an environment prioritising standard, out-of-the-box ERP functionality as opposed to bespoke functionality.

Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.

Experience working alongside testing and change management functions.

The Working Pattern
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. We offer flexibility in our start and finish times between 06:15 - 09:30 and 14:30 – 18:00.
