Overview
Circus Pizza is a sourdough pizzeria located within Panzer's Delicatessen in St John's Wood. We use electric ovens and a wide array of freshly prepared toppings to create pizzas of the highest standard. Although we are only a year and a half old, our popular reputation has seen us features in The Times, Vogue and Time Out. We expect this to be a busy summer!
Applicants for the role of Pizza chef must have:
- At least one year of pizza-making experience
- Experience with dough handling and mixing, ideally sourdough
- A knowledge of Italian ingredients and their preparation
- Full RTW in the UK
We can provide:
