Customer Service & Sales Administrator
Location: Vuba, Lancashire
Vuba is one of the UK's leading manufacturers and suppliers of resin bound surfacing systems, supplying installers, landscapers, builders and homeowners across the UK. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join our friendly team.
This is a varied role combining customer service, sales support and administration. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with product enquiries, quotations, orders and after-sales support, while ensuring our sales processes run smoothly. You'll work closely with our sales, warehouse and logistics teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional customer support via telephone, email and CRM systems.
- Respond to product enquiries relating to resin bound surfacing systems, helping customers choose the right products and directing technical queries to the relevant team.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is recorded correctly.
- Prepare quotations, sales documentation and customer correspondence.
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system.
- Liaise with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are dispatched on time and customers are kept informed.
- Support the sales team by following up enquiries, scheduling appointments and assisting with day-to-day administration.
- Produce reports, spreadsheets and documents using Microsoft Office.
- Assist with invoicing and general administrative tasks.
- Resolve customer issues professionally, escalating where appropriate to ensure a positive outcome.
- Help maintain the high standards of customer service that Vuba is known for.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers and takes pride in being organised and efficient.
You will ideally have:
- Sales administration or office administration role, previous experience in a customer service would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM systems.
- A positive, proactive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Confidence speaking with customers and building strong relationships over the phone and via email.
