The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead the floor at Hyll.
You’ll run shifts across the restaurant and bar, support the managers, and make sure service feels smooth, relaxed and well put together every time.
What You’ll Do
- Lead shifts and keep service flowing from start to finish
- Support and guide the team on the floor
- Be present, proactive, and ready to step in where needed
- Deliver warm, confident, and natural guest service
- Handle feedback and keep standards high throughout
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in food & beverage, with some leadership responsibility
- Calm, organised, and confident under pressure
- A natural host with a good eye for detail
- Someone who leads by example and backs their team
