Job Summary and key responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented outgoing Senior Move Manager to manage the critical compliance and administrative pipeline of our tenancies. You will oversee everything from first contact, obtaining ownership documentation, all legal compliance matters relating to the Property, onboarding data, ensuring system accuracy – prepare key information working closely with our move management department to ensure all move ins take place in a timely manner. Communicate with a wide variety of customers, both internally and externally via telephone and other methods. Provide exceptional customer service to provide a seamless move in process.

Distribute new work.
Monitor existing cases and provide feedback to TL and HOC.
Train team members to provide up to date and relevant legislation, ensure the team are running in a consistent manner.
Positively contribute to all tasks on the team to ensure New Lets are able to work proactively
What are we looking for:
Software Proficiency: Direct, hands on experience using bespoke software would be great but not essential.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional data entry accuracy for financial and legal records.
Communication: Assertive and professional communication style to chase outstanding certificates and documents via telephone and alternative methods.
Deadline and SLA’s work under pressure in a fast-paced environment to ensure all service level agreements and deadlines are met.
Objection Handling working proactively to manage objections.
Problem solving the ability to problem solve and provide feedback
Previous industry knowledge would be preferable but not essential, training can be given to the right candidate.
Enthusiasm and passion for detail and delivery is key.
You must have great phone skills, be able to problem solve and provide feedback to clients.
Build rapport and relationship with internal teams and external clients.
