· Maintain regular contact with customers and build strong working relationships.
· Track outstanding quotations and follow up opportunities to maximise conversion.
· Keep customer and quotation records up to date.
· Identify additional sales opportunities within the existing customer base.
· Provide a high level of customer service throughout the quotation and sales process.
· Work closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth process from initial enquiry through to completed work.
Key Requirements:
We're looking for someone who is:
· Responsive – quick to pick up enquiries, respond to customers and follow things through.
· Hardworking – willing to put in the effort to achieve results and support the wider team.
· Organised – able to manage multiple quotations and follow-ups without losing track.
· A good communicator – confident speaking with customers and colleagues over the phone and by email.
· Commercially minded – able to recognise opportunities and understand the importance of converting quotations into work.
· Willing to learn – interested in developing their knowledge of our products, services and industry.
· Reliable and proactive – someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be constantly chased.
· A team player – happy to work closely with engineers, customers and colleagues across the business.
