Account Manager - Contract Cleaning
Salary: £26,000-£30,000 + Company Car/Car Allowance + Bonus + 35 days holiday

Managing a corporate client with 5 sites in central Aberdeen you will be responsible cleaning operations leadership duties including recruitment, training, staff management, audits, Health and Safety and client relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Management of 56 cleaning staff across 5 corporate locations

Managing 3 shift patterns from Monday to Friday between 6am and 9pm

Regular client liaison: plan and implement a visitation programme to monitor cleaning standards and client satisfaction at each site, via the Quality Service Level Indicator/ECAT procedure.

Manage all recruitment, induction and training for new staff

Conduct regular site audits and conduct Health & Safety training for all staff

To ensure all client queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.

To ensure adequate supplies and equipment are available for all teams' at each site.

To resolve any disciplinary/ grievance matters in line with company policy and procedure.

To provide ongoing and structured guidance, coaching and training to staff.
About You
-
Experience in managing commercial cleaning accounts is essential

Motivated management style with experience in recruitment, on-boarding, training and development

Passionate about people
- Health and Safety qualification or experience in this area

Client liaison experience
- Full clean driving licence

Able to spread your time from Monday to Friday between shifts from 6am and 9pm
