Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team at Battle Sector. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience while participating in our laser tag activities. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation as the top entertainment destination in Whitstable.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of laser tag equipment and arenas.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met during their visit.
- Manage food preparation and safety standards within the arena's café or snack area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support team members in upselling food and beverage items to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
