The role:
- To establish and uphold the utmost level of care within the home.
- Adhere to the home's policies and procedures.
- Oversee the care and ancillary staff in the home.
- The individual in this role will guarantee the delivery of safe and efficient patient care while collaborating as a cohesive team member.
- Operate in alignment with the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice and Behaviour for Nurses and Midwives 2015.
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans, ensuring proper dosage and timing.
- Monitor vital signs regularly, conducting health assessments to evaluate residents' well-being and promptly address any deviations from normal ranges.
- Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, fostering residents' independence and comfort.
What you’ll need:
· UK NMC Registered
- A minimum of 1 year's experience as a UK Nurse in a UK Nursing home environment.
