We are seeking a dedicated and passionate experienced Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our dynamic team, working with children aged 0-4years. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care, education, and support for young children during this crucial stage of development.
We have a full time position available and a term time only position available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that encourages positive social interactions among children.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments to track individual children's progress and tailor activities accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and a holistic approach to each child's well-being and development.
- Maintain a safe and clean learning environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements:
- Hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience working with children in an early years setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early years curriculum frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and build positive relationships with children and families.
