Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism, paying attention to presentation and guest preferences.
- Provide detailed menu descriptions, upselling specials and beverages to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas throughout shifts.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent guest service skills.
- Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times.
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support smooth operations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques is advantageous.
- Familiarity with basic math for handling bills, payments, and change accurately.
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen tasks can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume service periods.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that creates positive interactions.
- Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues to deliver seamless service.
