Contracts & Scheduling Manager

Tyneside Home Improvements is seeking an organised and commercially minded Contracts & Scheduling Manager to take ownership of project planning, scheduling and operational coordination across the business.
This is a key management role responsible for ensuring the right teams, subcontractors and resources are in the right place at the right time. Working closely with the General Manager and operational departments, you will play a critical role in maintaining project flow, maximising productivity and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the scheduling and coordination of all projects.
- Allocate labour resources, subcontractors and installation teams.
- Maintain visibility of all live and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate survey handovers into operations.
- Monitor programme performance and resource utilisation.
- Manage workflow and operational priorities across departments.
- Identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks and capacity issues.
- Produce operational reports and KPI information.
- Drive CRM workflow discipline and operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience within operations, scheduling, contracts or project coordination.
- Strong planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing workloads.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM, scheduling or project management systems.
- Previous team management or supervisory experience.
- Construction, home improvement or trade sector experience desirable.

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
